Please note that in any case, this person will not be able to perform certain actions, such as viewing or changing your account credentials (such as your password), deleting your account, or inviting others to access it.

AVAILABILITY OF WEBSITE/SERVICES Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and our other policies and procedures, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to attempt to provide this Site and the Services twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) 7) days of the week. DISPUTE RESOLUTION Applicable law . This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Arbitration . Arbitration process . Any dispute that cannot be resolved through informal negotiations will be finally resolved by binding arbitration rather than in court, except that you or ULTRAHOST.UK may bring claims in small claims court if your claims meet the requirements of the small claims court jurisdiction. You and ULTRAHOST.UK agree that any claim you may have will be resolved individually, without the possibility of trial or arbitration on a class or representative basis. If ULTRAHOST.UK discloses your information for the purposes set out above, such disclosure will include, as necessary, your name, email address, IP address and other identifying information.
NOTICES Except as expressly provided in this Agreement, all notices, requests, authorizations, agreements, requests and other communications required or permitted by this Agreement will be in writing and will be deemed given when sent by ULTRAHOST.UK by email , postal mail, express mail or overnight delivery services, to the email address or postal address provided by you, as determined by ULTRAHOST.UK in its sole discretion.

Terms of this Agreement which, by their nature, should survive termination of this Agreement shall survive termination. 17. YOUR USE OF ULTRAHOST.UK CONTENT AND USER CONTENT

You agree to assume full responsibility for any loss or damage arising from such migration.
No responsibility. UltraHost.UK will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of any of the Services to which we may offer or facilitate access.

23. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

24. APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
